Open Fields is one of the winners of the Chamber of Commerce of Parma Innovation Contest, for the advanced project of the Italian value chain of processing chili pepper!
The award ceremony was held in Parma on December 12th, at the Golden Hall of the Chamber of Commerce as part of the meeting “INNOVARE PREMIA – MUTAMENTI TENDENZE SFIDE”. During the event, the 2013 report on Innovation of Parma province was presented.
