Next Sunday, 13th October, the project Castagni Parlanti – coordinated by Open Fields – will be presented at Porretta Slow event, with the participation of Prof. Federico Magnani (UNIBO), Ilaria Mazzoli (Open Fields), Giuseppe Nanni (Mayor of Alto Reno Terme) and Patrizia Alberti (General Director for Agriculture of the Emilia-Romagna Region).
The project focuses on the identification of new techniques for monitoring the carbon balance and the state of health of wood and fruit chestnut trees. More info here (Italian only).
