Open Fields at the Conference to celebrate 100 years of Senatore Cappelli Durum wheat

Roberto Ranieri will participate as invited speaker at the Conference “1915-2015 Il grano duro Senatore Cappelli compie Cent’anni″ that will be held in Foggia next 19th of November. Roberto, together with Professor Giacomo Zanni from Ferrara University, will report about innovation and impact of ancient grains and old wheat varieties.
