The “Enterprise Innovation award 2013” of the Chamber of Commerce of Parma has been awarded to Open Fields for the development of a chili pepper value chain in Emilia-Romagna (Italy), which guarantees the highest quality and complete traceability for the ingredient and processing industry and the consumer. The prize will be offcially awarded in September 2013 at the Chamber of Commerce of Parma. See more.
